Things might look and feel a bit different at our clinic. To ensure your safety and the safety of our team, we have established the following COVID-19 protocols for appointments with Dr. Mohan:

1. Please call our office to make an appointment: (972) 932-2000.

2. You will be asked a series of screening questions to determine whether you can come to the office in person, such as:
    • Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks?
    • Are you experiencing shortness of breath?
    • Are you experiencing a cough?
    • Do you have a fever?

3. After the initial screening questionnaire, our staff will consult with Dr. Mohan to determine whether your appointment can be completed virtually or requires an in-person visit.

4. If your appointment is scheduled to occur virtually, a member of Dr. Mohan’s team will walk you through a simple step-by-step process to join the video call from the comfort and safety of your home.

5. If your appointment is in person, you will receive additional day-of instructions. Please wait in your car until your appointment time, and note that face coverings are required inside the building.

*Please note that in-person appointments are limited and are only permitted for certain qualifying physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and medical procedures.
